Acceptance of operational terms

By submitting an event brief or securing a tournament package via the AthletiCore Company portal, you (the Organizer) agree to abide by these operational terms. Our role is to architect and execute the logistics of the selected format as detailed in the agreed consultation brief.

Pricing and quotation validity

Prices listed on our platform are base operational estimates. Final costs may vary depending on specific venue requirements, bespoke branding requests, or participant capacity adjustments. Custom quotations provided after consultation are valid for 14 days.

Tournament scheduling changes

AthletiCore Company utilizes proprietary algorithms to generate flawless tournament brackets. While we strive to accommodate specific scheduling requests, the final operational timeline rests with our lead directors to ensure event viability. Minor schedule adjustments due to on-the-day delays (e.g., injuries, extended matches) will be managed dynamically by our staff.

Participant liability waivers

It is a strict condition of operation that all participants engage in tournament activities at their own risk. Organizers are responsible for ensuring all team members complete the digital liability waivers provided by AthletiCore prior to entering the field of play.

Agency limitation of liability

AthletiCore Company provides elite logistical and officiating support. However, we cannot be held liable for personal injuries, lost property, or indirect corporate damages occurring during the course of the event. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct operational delivery of the purchased format package.

Governing law (England and Wales)

These terms and any operational agreements formed through our portal are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from tournament bookings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
