Once you submit a format via your booking basket, our operations team will consult with you to finalize venue and date. A non-refundable operational deposit is required to secure the venue and referee roster. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

Yes. We strictly utilize FA-qualified referees for all football formats, and certified umpires for padel, volleyball, and table tennis. We do not use volunteers, ensuring total competitive integrity.

For outdoor events, we have robust force majeure protocols. If an event is deemed unsafe due to extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule the tournament at no additional venue cost, subject to availability.

Absolutely. Our premium packages include digital sponsor integration on scoreboards. We can also arrange for custom-branded bibs, perimeter boards, and branded medals upon request during the consultation phase.

We provide a unique URL for your tournament. Participants and spectators can view live match schedules, real-time score updates, and bracket progression from any mobile device, eliminating logistical confusion on the day.

Our tournament directors are equipped to seamlessly adjust bracketing structures on site via our digital hub, ensuring the tournament continues smoothly and remaining teams receive their guaranteed playtime.

All AthletiCore events require a risk assessment. For large-scale multi-sport festivals and amateur cups, dedicated medical staff and first-response units are mandated and included in the operational logistics.
